Step 1 (Accessing the reset password page)

• If you forgot your password and can’t access the application, from the login screen you click on
  “Retrieve here“.

Step 2 (Verifying your email)

• You will be redirected to our Cardesk platform and you will be asked to enter:
  Registered email address [1]
  Letters appearing on the screen for human verification [2].

• You will then see a confirmation:

• Then you will receive an email containing a link to reset your password, it will look like this:

Step 3 (Setting up a new password)

• After setting your new password and clicking on Change Password button, you will see a confirmation message:
